4. Updated constitution
   Motion that SAAME ratifies and accepts the modified version of the Constitution as presented at this AGM (fixed minor typos, the major changes were updating the postal address, adding electronic meetings to our definition of a meeting, promoting film and other media in our aims, updated the definition of our financial year, membership cards are now optional, and membership can be paid in advance for a number of years).

   All nominations were accepted, and the positions filled.

6. AOB:
   1. Membership form
      Tim brought up a list of things to update on our membership form (remove things no-longer available, update addresses, remove paying by cheque, printed form or on-line only).
   2. Media Moves
      Tim brought up things to consider when uploading it as a podcast to youtube (chopping out songs, etc).  Grant mentioned we still haven't created any background images for it.
   3. Internet
      Tim supplied Grant with a copy of IMAP details for accessing our mailbox.
   4. GMIL
      Grant was disappointed with the Ed Dept's reticence to support GMIL, contemplating contacting Prof Westwell again, or Dana Wortley MP (and previously a SAAME member).
   5. ABC
      Grant had some letters published in the Murdoch press about the idea of the ABC leaving Collinswood in 2029.
